National Center of Excellence in Women's Health
TUXCOE is one of eighteen designated
Centers of Excellence in Women's Health in the US. TUXCOE is a collaborative
effort between Tulane University Health Sciences Center, Tulane University
Hospital & Clinic, Xavier University and local partners. The mission of
TUXCOE is to: (a) Increase awareness of women's health; (b) Make health
services work better for women; (c) Expand the knowledge base in women's health
issues; and (d) Increase women's involvement in their health and health care.
