Collaborative Center for Integrative Neuroscience
(CCIN) The
Collaborative Center for Integrative Neuroscience is a new initiative that will
create and maintain a collaborative research environment of the highest quality
to support, facilitate and encourage research and training in the broad area of
neuroscience. This collaborative effort that includes the Tulane Health
Sciences Center, Tulane University, the University of Mississippi Medical
Center, Xavier University will build upon an existig base of research
collaboration among the participating institutions.

Tulane Institute for
Macromolecular Engineering and Science (TIMES) The goal of this multidisciplinary research and education
initiative is to develop a university-wide theme that builds on existing
expertise in polymer engineering and science. Specifically,
interdisciplinary research is being performed in the areas of environmentally
benign polymers, polymers for biomedical and health science applications,
polymer processing, and polymer nano-composites.
